Jennifer Ray is a seasoned investment professional with experience in the financial markets since 1992. Formerly with Wall Street firms, Prudential Securities and Morgan Stanley. After only five years with Morgan Stanley, Jennifer was #3 in an office of 30 brokers with managed assets over $65,000,000. Jenco Financial Services was founded February 2003.

Jennifer held security Licenses Series 7 and 63, Managed Futures License 31 and managed Money License 65 for 25 years until 2017.  Currently licensed as an Insurance agent for Life, Health, Long-term Care Insurance and Annuities, Certified Financial Planner® (the Gold Standard for Financial Planning) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. Jennifer is also a designated Retirement Planning Specialist and company benefits consultant. Jennifer was also registered with the IRS as a professional tax preparer and prepared taxes during the tax season for eight years, until 2020.  And, just for fun, obtained her Certified TV Producer license. Jennifer produces and hosts three television shows on subjects of personal passion, Got Money? and Got Animals? and The Pulse, which highlights gems around the Lake Minnetonka community for the Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC).  Jennifer was honored to receive the 2017 Volunteer Producer of the Year Award by the LMCC.

Jennifer is a passionate, life-long volunteer. And has served on several community organizations as a board member. 

Jennifer served as Membership Director and on the Executive Board for the Cooperative Practice Network.

In 2000 Jennifer helped found the Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts after her mentor and teacher of 28 years, Dorothy Lundstrum. As Director and Officer from 2000-2004 Jennifer established a secure financial stream of income to support this non-profit.

Jennifer is a proud member of the following Organizations: Cooperative Practice Network, Past Member of the Board; The Minnesota State Bar Association; Institute for Financial Economics; Marsh Winds Toastmasters - former Director and Officer, recipient of the Don Paulson Award 2012; The Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts, former Director and Officer currently serving as Advisory Councel; Science Museum of Minnesota; Past delegate of United We Stand America: Humane Society of the United States; Arabian Horse Association, member of the Minnesota Bluebird Recovery Program; last but not least, very active member and volunteer for Pet Haven of Minnesota.

Married in Zimbabwe at Victoria Falls; surrounded by rainbows, butterflies, monkeys, warthogs and friends made from around the world.  It was spectacular!

Personal passions:  Faith, family, animals/wildlife, dancing, the arts, and flower gardening.

Jennifer and her husband Allen share a love of animals and have rescued over 100 cats.
